ATD Precision Machining / Allstate Tool & Die, Inc. is a privately owned precision manufacturing company based in Rochester, NY, USA. We specialize in the manufacture of precision machined, close tolerance, complex components and assemblies for various precision industries.

Listed below is a summary of who we are and what we do:

• Founded in 1968, we've been in the precision manufacturing business under the same ownership for more than 38 years.
• We employ 100 highly skilled machinists, engineers and technicians.
• ATD Precision specializes in the manufacture of parts with tolerances down to +/- .00254 mm (+/- .0001 in.).
• We work in the following materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, special alloys, aluminum, brass, plastics, p/m and castings, and precision ground rubber assemblies.
• More than 90% of our state-of-the-art CNC equipment is less than three years old.
• We are very competitive on price because nearly all of our machines are multi-axis double spindle with live tools. We can complete complex machined parts without having to perform secondary operations.
• Many of our machines are auto load/unload cells that operate very efficiently and result in low cost precision machining.
• We ship machined parts to customers in the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Europe and China.
• ATD Precision is ISO 9001:2000 certified and holds certifications from most of our customers as well as the U.S. government.
